The finished sweater! I hope it fits!
Here is my chance to show off my knitting skills. Of course, I started this back in May while I was trying to find some way of finishing my thesis. Knitting was supposed to be a way of relaxing from writing, but sometimes writing took a back burner to this. Of course, it did take 8 months to finish this project which is way less than the 4 1/2 years I took to finally picking one project and staying with it.
Now I am going to start knitting a pair of socks from alpaca yarn while I am avoiding editing the manuscript about picoplankton. Ack! I am such a good avoider. No, I am a PRODUCTIVE avoider. I made 2 queen size quilts, 1 lap quilt, and one baby quilt all in the last year while avoiding my thesis, but SOMEHOW I still finished. Don't ask me how that worked.
Check back again. As I find more pictures in my computer to share. They might not be Cute Overload quality, but they will have a quick story. Night!
