I realize that I have taken a very long hiatus, but I am BACK! (Keep that applause down to a dull roar!) Anyway, I just had to write a bit today. I had such a surprise that I couldn't stop laughing. In the early afternoon today, there was a knock on the door. We don't usually get unexpected guests or deliveries, so I was very surprised to open the door to the FedEx delivery woman handing me a big box.
As I was bringing the package in, I vehemently told Brady I hadn't ordered anything online. Really! I had no clue what it was I was about to open. Of course, on the side of the box it said "Undercabinet CD Clock Radio-Silver", but that couldn't be what it really was. BUT, it was! Inside, there was a little note from Lowe's Hardware and Frigidaire that my household cleaning tip had been one of the 1500 chosen winners. The clock radio pictured above was my prize!
I couldn't stop laughing as I was unwrapping my prize. At least it isn't a frag-i-le leg lamp! The best part is I have no idea what my cleaning tip was. All I can think of now would be to just clean whenever there is a mess. In our case that would be constantly, but nobody's perfect.
Who would have guessed I would be so brilliant with tips for cleaning? My suggestion, as a winner of such an important prize, is to enter every online contest you can find. Of course, only enter contests offered by reputable companies. That is my knowledgeable advice. Stop by anytime if you want to admire my prize!
