Okay, just a bit of a lag in posting

Here is the one picture I was able to take before the batteries in my camera ran out. The two people in front of me are friends of my friend Sharyn. We all were walking across the Mackinaw Bridge on Labor Day of this year. It was the 50th annual bridge walk and there were an estimated 57,000 people who walked or ran across the bridge this year. Supposedly 85,000 people walked in 1992. I am glad I wasn't there then! It was crowded enough. The sights were cool, but it was awful smelly--too much exhust. But, the company was fun. I can now say I walked it once and the weather was GORGEOUS!
